今日もトリガー打ちに行きました。

首から腰までが痛くてつらいです。

ゆうな先生のレッスンにでて、その後もレッスンをこなし

夕方は西松屋に徳英美のプール用品を買いに行きました。

かえってあけてみたら　サイズが合わないことが判明

明日取るかえに行くことになりました。

went to the hospital for another trigger shot today
Between my neck and waist, I have been in a agonizing pain.
After having taken part in Yuuna’s lesson, I took other lessons and I went to Nishimatsuya to buy swimming tools for my daughter.
Once I let her try them on for size, it was revealed that they didn’t fit well with her.
I ended up having to go replace them tomorrow.
